The Reptile Shop is operated by Well Fed Pets Limited. These terms apply to retail purchases from this website, alongside our delivery policy, returns policy and privacy policy.

Products and ordering
Read the description, size, specification and care guidance before choosing a product. Manufacturer packaging and images can change; natural products vary in appearance. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.
Choose your products and options, review your basket, and check your delivery details and total before placing your order. Orders are placed in English. You can contact us promptly to request a correction. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; we accept your order when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, we will contact you rather than substitute it or charge a different price without your agreement. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
Prices and payment
The currency, product charges, applicable taxes, delivery charges and final amount payable are displayed before you submit payment. Only payment methods available at checkout can be used. Promotional conditions and any subscription discount are shown with the offer. We do not add optional extras without your consent.
Subscriptions
A subscription is a recurring order, not a one-off purchase. Before confirming, review the selected delivery frequency, recurring price and any minimum commitment shown in the subscription offer. By choosing a subscription you authorise repeat payments at the agreed frequency until cancelled. Manage future orders using the subscription link in your emails or subscription portal, or contact us for help. Request changes or cancellation before the next order is processed. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel an order already processed; the returns policy applies to that order. Any proposed change to future prices or terms will be communicated before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel future renewals.
Delivery, cancellations and problems
Delivery arrangements are explained in our delivery policy. Cancellation rights, product exceptions and refund arrangements are in our returns policy. Contact us with your order number if something is wrong so we can help resolve it.
Your rights and these terms
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not limit your rights for goods that are faulty or not as described. The terms shown when you place your order apply to that purchase; later updates apply to future orders. You may save or print this page for your records.
