Delivery options and charges

  • United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland): £4.99 per order below £79. Free standard delivery on orders of £79 or more.
  • Republic of Ireland: €6 per order below €90. Free standard delivery on orders of €90 or more.

Free-delivery eligibility is based on the order value after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

The delivery options available for your address, their charges and any applicable free-delivery offer are shown at checkout before you pay. Availability depends on your destination and the products in your basket. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery

Our same-day dispatch cutoff is 12 noon UK time on working days. We aim to dispatch eligible, paid, in-stock orders received before this time that day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Availability, weather and courier collections can affect dispatch.

Same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery. Delivery estimates supplied at checkout or in your order communications are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. If no different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days. We will contact you if an order is delayed or cannot be supplied.

Live and frozen food

Live and frozen food need prompt attention on arrival. Please choose an address where someone can receive the parcel, unpack it promptly and follow the product's storage instructions. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular arrival date. We may need to adjust dispatch to avoid unsuitable transit conditions and will let you know if this affects your order.

Your delivery

Please check your address before paying and let us know promptly if it is incorrect or access is restricted. If a parcel is missing, damaged or arrives in an unsuitable condition, contact us with your order number and photographs where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
